Prices to be discussed:
All Wedding consultations, wedding vendors from the beginning to the day of wedding. All aspects of planning the wedding with the bride and groom. Budget will be discussed and what is needed from the wedding planner.

Planning a Wedding is a major task for anyone to take on, my job is to help eliminate the "Stress" from planning the Wedding Day and letting the Bride and Groom enjoy the day with their friends and family without stressing them out. I will take on the responsibility of doing the job of many hats and making sure the bride and groom are happy with the results.

I will take on the responsibility of speaking with the vendors, making arrangements for the meetings, contracts, decisions that need to be made, colors to be displayed, flower arrangements, cake tasting and decision, the grooms cake, (if wanted), DJ/Band/Orchestra, gifts for the attendants, wedding attire, seating arrangements, any problems with family members that come to the wedding, accommodations for guests, limos, catering of the finest of foods, venues for the wedding, indoors or outdoors, making sure that all parties involved in the wedding understand what their responsibilities are before and after the ceremony, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, making arrangements for payments for the vendors and most important, making sure the bride and groom are comfortable with the decisions of their wedding day.



I want to make their day "One to Remember" without dealing with the stress of planning their day.

I want my bride and groom to enjoy the day with their friends and family and make memories to share with them later.


Rehearsal and Wedding Day Director

Hourly rates: $75.00/per hour
This is for the couple who prefers to do all of the pre-planning, but wishes to relax and enjoy the plans they have made. My presence assures smooth transitions and attention to every detail.

I will review any contracts that a bride and groom have before signing to make sure that everything they want and need for their wedding is in the contract before signing with the vendors.

Pre-consultation meeting to review details and plans for the rehearsal and wedding day.

Devise wedding time-lines and itineraries for all key participants and vendors.

Attend, coordinate and assist with ceremony as needed.

Confirmation of all wedding supplier details and time lines, coordinate suppliers on the wedding day.

Assist with rehearsal dinner if needed.

Coordinate and distribute flowers to key participants, assist with any last minute decorating, verify microphones. oversee distribution of programs, post ceremony favors and guest book.

Organize family and bridal party ceremony, cue musicians and direct processional.

Manage late guests.

Coordinate and assist at reception to ensure all details and set-ups are according to the design.

Behind the scenes coordination of activities, including introductions, cake cutting, toasts, blessings, first dance, etc.......

Assistance with photography/videographer photo shoots as needed.

Delivery of any final payments, tips at the wedding.

Return of rentals, such as cake parts, tuxedos and linens.

Pack all gifts and wedding items into designated car at the end of ceremony.

See to any last minute "emergency details".


My main concern for the bride and groom, would be to have a "GREAT WEDDING" without any "stress" that comes with a Wedding Day!
